water, bedclothes, hand- and dish towels - excl.
tourism taxes, charged according to season and
occupancy. Final cleaning: EUR 40.00 (one-time
charge).
Tourism taxes 1.10 Euro per
night/adult (ages 15 and up).
On your arrival day, the
apartment is available for occupancy after 2:00
p.m.; on your departure day, we ask you to
vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m., allowing us
plenty of time to clean for incoming guests.
Reservations:
Within 14 days of placing your
reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of EUR
100.00 per stay to the following account: Bank
