FARM HOLIDAYS HERE WITH US AT THE SCHARTLHOF IN FLACHAU -

Spend your holiday at the Schartlhof in our beautiful, comfortable and spacious vacation apartment - fully equipped:

The apartment is about 100 m² in area and consists of 3 separate bedrooms (three-bed rooms) and a bed-sit room; each bedroom has its own shower/WC. One of the 3 bedrooms has a pull-out sofa, meaning that this room comfortably sleeps 4 people. The apartment is also equipped with a satellite TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, stove and microwave. The living room/kitchen consists of a kitchen and a big, spacious dining room with a comfortable pull-out sofa, along with full sets of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Our vacation apartment is very spacious and airy, taking up an entire floor. And of course, there is also a balcony, from where you can take in our magnificent winter landscapes, or look out on the Upper Enns Valley's summer meadows in full bloom.

We have ample parking, so you will be able to leave your car here with us. Bed-, bathroom and table linens are all supplied and are, of course, included in the price. Naturally, we are also glad to deliver fresh breakfast rolls on request.

Winter Holidays at the Schartlhof:

Enjoy over 860 kilometres of slopes and 220 state-of-the-art ski lifts throughout Salzburg's Amade Sports World! A winter's dream for each and every skier. Our farm is easy to reach by car, just 2 km from the Reitlehen Lift in Eben, and around 5 km from the ski slopes of Flachau, Wagrain and St. Johann. If you prefer not to drive yourself around, you can hop aboard the free ski bus - located only a 2-minute walk from here - and enjoy a comfortable ride all the way to the ski lifts.

Our town also has lots in store for cross-country skiers. The famous Tauern Trail runs right by our house, taking you out on skiing adventures through our snow-covered winter countryside. One evening a week, your host loves to lead a sledding expedition (we supply the sleds) in the romantic, snow-covered winter forest behind our farm. When you come home in the evening, you can leave your boots to dry on the heater in our separate ski-storage room.

Summer Holidays at the Schartlhof:

There is no end to the recreational opportunities available on and around the Schartlhof. After a beautiful hike in the glorious mountains and forests which surround us, you can take a refreshing dip in the Eben Swimming Lake, located just 5 minutes from the farm, where there is also a sports grounds and beach-volleyball court for you to enjoy. When you return from a bike tour in the evening, you might want to take time for a game of badminton, or simply sit in the garden and quietly watch the setting sun.

A friendly country inn is located within easy walking distance (about 700 m away). Of course, we haven't forgotten the kids either. In our big garden, the youngsters can play freely, just as the mood takes them. If they want to do something different after playing on the playground, they are welcome to visit our animals. And when they help out on the farm, perhaps bringing the cattle in from the pasture, or being a part of the hay harvest, they get a true sense of what life on a farm is all about. And our cats, "Steffi", "Wuschl" and "Schnurli", along with our rabbit, "Lumpi", love to be petted by the children. As you see, there is always something new to do here on the farm. If you would like to go horseback riding, you can stop by the nearby riding stables whenever you feel like it (also only a 10-minute walk away).
